The court document says that they are working on other multiple settlements relating to settlements of parallel litigation. Please read it as this is a result of the IPR being dismissed!
This document says multiple agreements, not multiple settlements, and was written before the IPR decision was made public. There are likely many agreements that may be part of one settlement.
IMO the parallel litigation referred to is the counter suit by Entrust and #4 speaks to one settlement made up of multiple agreements, not multiple settlements, although I do believe there will be more within a few months.
