Probably because David Schmidt is the CEO of LOTE (lot 78 inc) and just announced an equity stake in Garage Juice Bar, LLC which he is a manager partner principal because he is the sole principal or member manager of Garage Juice Bar Manager, LLC ....the other principal of Garage Juice Bar, LLC is Johne Schmidt (brother?) and all three of these companies have the same address:
