I would suggest that the investors are the only ones looking at particular company sec filings and a pr is something that the investment world would pay attention to.

It depends who Tony wants to let know. My thoughts is that he wants more than our current shareholders to be made aware of their tremendous accomplishments.

Time will tell. I am not a very good armchair quarterback though.
