Benster - agreed but I believe they have an obligation to post and that they will post today on the website immediately upon the closing of the acquisition all based on my conversations with John!!

Per Baltia/USGlobal in no event does the closing take place after 10/31! Some information should be provided to the shareholders today or absolutely tomorrow am if the close is after hours or does not transpire at all ( which i do not believe will happen )! All IMO of course!
