For those of you that are following the lawsuit:

As you know the company is the plaintiff and in my opinion they have a reasonably good chance of succeeding in getting some sort of agreed settlement or judgement in their favour. All I can say is that the law firm must be thinking WTF these guys just won't go away. Bravo for the company for persisting. In my view this is good and I trust they will use the same dogged determination to succeed in their business endeavours, and as Dr. Hirsch put it "take the company to new levels of achievement".
I found Document #22, Plaintiff’s Responses to Interrogatories quite interesting...especially the response to #13.

Interrogatory No. 13: State and describe the precise quantum of damages OWCP alleges to have suffered as a result of Defendants-Counterclaim Plaintiffs alleged malpractice and describe the method used to calculate the damages. Response: OWCP will be retaining an economics expert to provide the precise quantum of damages OWCP has suffered as a result of Defendants’ malpractice and to describe the method used to calculate the damages.
Basically the message they are sending out is don't fuck with us!!
