I proved to be correct in my statement that shorts would not cover because of the cusip and name change. You choose to interpret things to suit your position whether the statement made is true or what you choose to claim is being said. Lots of NASDAQ stocks are being naked shorted, lots of them.
The NASDAQ is not a cureall. Abusive naked shorting is criminal and it does not matter what exchange it happens on the OTC however is less closely looked at by regulators. The system is broken and we all need to demand it be fixed and that is what I have been encouraging folks to do, bitch to their Congresscritter. Go IPIX!!!
