Yes your 4 million shares that are STILL in your account, once they relist those 4 million will then be worth something. Right now there is still potential for those shares, if they claim bankruptcy, that is when your 4 million shares are truly worthless. Whether that happens or they do relist, we all have to wait for whichever case it may be.
