I agree . A name and cusip number change requires that the old stock certificates (CTIX) be sent to the transfer agent to be reissued as IPIX with the new cusip number. Naked shorts do not own shares in certificate form so they had no cause to cover their short positions and my statement that they would not be forced to cover proved to be true.. Go IPIX!!!
