Yeah...Fidelity keep saying the same answer, because of the stop sign. My specs is that ntek will be sold and will be announced on SHM. The big winner will be DF.
And the stop sign will not be lifted until that day. DF can not resurrect the company without the 21mil which will also be announced that day and the people who left. The 21mil not being release and then posted as account receivable says a lot. Not yet sign of course. So no significant/material news until that day. Maybe the event that happened to Jeff forced the decision process earlier. Another factor, Jan 19, DF will be out by a year more or less. I think this idea of selling was already in DF mind while still away. The 30mil shares was speaks volume. All my opinion of course. Comment....
