Interesting. Unlike previous SHM, this one is to be held on Friday (vs Saturday) and starting at 1 p.m. (After the close of the market). Don't know exactly what the rules are for public disclosures. What if the company were to post info at 12:58 p.m. (during market hours, but without time for the market to react before closure at 1 p.m.) and then disclose it to the s/hs at the meeting so that when Monday, 1/22, rolls around there is a hell of a market reaction. Sounds like a plan to me - and if this is what is planned it may well be a barn burner. Any thoughts from the Board?
