Atlas 1- putting shim in January 19 is very good time for NTEK mgt. Remember the last 2 weeks in December &1st week of January nothing going on due to holiday season. By shim date the new CEO already at helm of the company and making progress so he can update the shareholders. You don't wanna go to the mgt with half ass assumptions .
