I disagree. The judge determines the treble damages part from what I understand. If they have wasted 2 years on this case and court time what do you think the judge will do? The jury will most likely not like the big companies trying to destroy the small company and the tactics they used to try to do it. That is why we have R&G and BR play time is over. These 3 Duo, Centrify, and Trustwave need to be made examples of for the infringers that will follow.JMO
