If the defendants are stupid enough to try that, R&G and BR should file for an injunction on all 3 for unreasonable delay in the cases. I am sure the judge is getting tired of being jerked around by the defendants. They withdrew their plea for a stay on the previous IPR attempt. It is time to go to trial with these three and seek treble damages to set an example for those that follow. Also trial win would shut the peanut gallery up for a while. GO SFOR time for the pit bulls R&G and BR....GO boys kickass and take names. JMO
