To uplist to OTCQB you only need 2 years of AUDITED
results fiscal years 2016 and 2017 and of course trading over .01
for 30 days. I do agree with you it will probably take longer
than 6-8 weeks because FY only ends on Oct 31, 2017
and ONCI has 90 days from there to file the Annual Report
so we likely won't see the complete AUDITED results until
Jan 31, 2018.
But the CEO can give preliminary updates on how everything
is going and disclose very close to what the Year End numbers,
will be , unaudited, in between now and then.
