ATTENTION:
The decision is final. They have 30 days to bring to the Judge's attention anything that he may of missed. It cannot be anything that was ruled on. If some new information comes to light, the judge will look at it. However, if some new or overlooked point is brought up, I am confident Ropes and Gray will deal with it. They cannot challenge what is ruled on and materials reference.
IMO, bottom line, it is over!!! Or you could say, the fat lady is warming up her vocals.....
