As to the interview, it actually makes more sense that they do it at least after Entrust lawsuits are settled. It'll be even better after 11/16/2017 by when we should have known if DUO and others decide to request an IPR rehearing, which IMO is less likely to happen. That way will put SFOR in a better position. Mr. Kay will have more freedom to say some things that he can't say at the moment and makes the interview more helpful to the company.
Otherwise, if we only hear what we have already known, shorts will be in a better position to attack.
