Current investors are not screwed as you so say, unless HJOE decides to file for bankruptcy. That is the only way any current investors actually loses the money they have invested in the company. The longer they wait to file to relist on the otc, the more revenue the company will have to show on their audited financials, therefore when the company does return to trading their opening price will be much higher than when they went dark. Like many have said here, we are willing to wait it out until that day comes.
