That isnt exactly true as he and IR were encouraging shareholders to consider the Series C offering. But that is besides the point since your comment is argumentative to begin with.
see my certs? Back on that? They are held under the street name of TDAmeritrade. You want to see them you can make a certified offer to buy them from me. I will then pay the fee to have TDAmeritrade and send them to you affer I receive a certified check. Bill saw my shares/account. It was signifcant at the time in terms of dollar amount and shares. Now they arent signifcant due to the willful and premeditated dilution despite IR and company claims that a buyback was going on.
Are those Series C holders making any return on those as promised?
