G'morning Caruso! I don't see your post as being negative, but just conveying your concern about the unknown factors involved in the settlement process/agreement. If in the court documents it is referred to as a "complex settlement process", I can respect that somewhat vague, but otherwise telling reference.
Its natural for most, if not all of us to have concerns about the "unknowns" in our lives. Be it our health, or that of family members, our jobs, our relationships, etc..I personally have at least two prominent coping mechanisms that I employ! First is the simplicity, but also profound content of "The Serenity Prayer"! Secondly is one of my favorite bible verses, Psalms 46:10.
Each one of us has probably found/established our own personal manner of coping with the unknowns in our lives. It is as simple as; "Whatever works!".
But I'm glad to see that your's includes sharing those concerns here with your fellow longs. I believe you'e received at least two replies from within our ranks here, which is good to see. This supports our desire to have a positive and supportive environment for all SFOR longs, and it seems to be working! LOL! Bottom line would seem to be that our unknowns (details) regarding the Entrust settlement shall remain so, perhaps even upon final settlement. The main thing is that settlement in my perception is a victory that will further validate SFOR's patented technology, and help to further establish precedence for the remaining as well as future lawsuits. I see it as a win/win situation for us! Just IMHO!
I hope that you do not allow your concerns to preoccupy you this weekend, but find time & energy to engage your family and friends in various ways of
relaxing & having fun! I will be doing so in particular tomorrow as I watch my Patriots vs Chargers game. I'm a Patriots fan!
Have a great day/weekend my friend! Thanks for sharing!
