I agree with most of what you said. The only thing I disagree is your last statement regarding financials. Based on what we know from previous quarters the revenue will be north of 10 mil which is more than 99% of the companies in OTC. We know that they were going thru major restructuring as well as move to other locations. So anything north of $10 mil is fantastic under this situation. Next year will be different story. I think the PPS has dropped so much that the financials have no major impact. I think it might have positive impact since it shows good revenue.
