Nice try. You do realize that EVIDENCE is probative, right?
Do you really believe.....probably you do, because you need to.....that career attorneys would risk their professional careers to present a case that was obviously, provably, political?
They have to satisfy legal standards of evidence to secure indictments, and all of that will be presented to judges who may have contributed to Republican candidates.
So it's a wash, and you are grasping at the same straws that defenders of Nixon futilely, tragically, reached for.
Historical note, their reach exceeded their grasp.
