We will, IMO they are required to disclose a material event like that.
Ben, and correct me if I am wrong, is just saying that they have up to 4 days to file and put out the announcement that they have closed the deal. So if the deal closes on day 1, they have until day 5 to get the PR or 8k out that the event occurred on day 1.
