I think the silence has more to do with NDA's and other business reasons as opposed to anything else.

DF is not going to risk his neck doing something illegal for one thing.

He is also not going to let his brother get thrown under a legal bus

I am speculating that the court case is being resolved behind the scenes.

I don't think the company is going to say anything until things get resolved.

The good thing is that attacking the share price is going to have no effect on the company what so ever because they are not dependent on selling shares to finance anything.

I'm more concerned whats happening 2 yrs down the road than whats happening now.

By then things should be getting pretty real...
