NR can illegally manipulate an *targeted* stock .. regardless of where *traded*
NRs' *dilemma* is revealed in total with targeted mgmt's ability to execute
i see the add of 2 BoD/s last week .. to be progress .. but clearly more needs
to be conveyed to actual P2O investors ..
