$INSY Where does the INSY share price go? The current News boils down to a Good Guy/Bad Guy summation. With the indictment, the Federal Government will determine the fate of the former head (for now the BAD GUY) of INSYS Therapeutics. The new Management Team of INSYS (the GOOD GUYS for now) has a tough row to hoe. They must convince the public that the former activities no longer will be acceptable. They must project a conciliatory image while trying to appear to be a STRONG and INVIGORATED company that is prepared to CONTINUE to grow its products on the market.
At this stage, investors hope that the new leadership can convince the public that it will produce products & profit and not scandal. The new Management does not need a magician to pull a rabbit out of the hat. The company already has the rabbits. What the company needs is long term leadership that acknowledges mistakes and accepts responsibility...so far INSYS appears to have these leaders.
This week MAY continue to be a Beat-Down. The share price MAY teeter on disaster for some share holders. Shares MAY continue to be dumped. However, the Corporation DOES have a solid bank account. It should weather the storm. Battered, bruised, limping, and crawling, it should return a stronger company that learned from mistakes. Time will tell.
