I've moved around some of these sites and I believe the hangout to be more proactive. Don't get me wrong there are some bottom dwellers on here as on other sites, but I've watched this particular board from the outside and I feel comfortable running with their suggestion or asking advise. These folks seem legit. Just my two cents worth. IMO of course.
