Getting patent money: this is how it worked for us. We looked at people using our patent and got their financials. We determined how much money was being made by the co. Using our product unlawfully over x amount of years. That was money we lost. So we filled injunctions, sued for that amount and signed liscensed agreements.
So i would think a similar thing would happen with Sfor vs entrust. How much did entrust use Sfor unlawfully and how much was made.? So when dumbasses on the other boards start spewing low ass no.
