There is a huge advantage for a large company that has been using SFORs program. They get out of any penalties and get control of other users. They get to be the master of the future licenses revenues and collect the negotiated settlements. Its a win / win situation. For a layout of a few billion dollars they stand to make several multiples of their cost over time. Oh and another big plus is the shareholders will make a bundle and the amount is based on their holdings. So that tells me this is a super time to buy all the shares you can.
