imo as i've noted to drano for weeks now .. they (NR) are stuck
they had 2 choices because the 3rd (stall) doesn't work with news coming out consistently from mgmt which is en route
so the 2 choices were to reset 52 week low and pray like hell as if by magic some investors would actually sell out ..
clearly that gamble undertaken in May .. has been an EPIC fail .. based on *volume* decreasing .. they came within 2c of 63c and 3c of resetting ..
today's PR added to this week's other PR .. imo made them face the fact they have to do another (attempted) controlled take up (other choice) .. this one imo
will be telling where stopped out at .. last 2 were stopped out at 1.08
the problem with trying *this* controlled take up .. is the clock and calendar are working against them and imo they know it
note where VERT got placed early on today after playing decoy for CDEL .. 79c
it would not have surprised me if they *closed* IPIX @ 79c .. but it's only Thursday
this news should be digested .. which makes tomorrow the key for what imo comes next
if they show low to no volume and maintain the PPS say from 72c to 78c
imo it is quite possible that next week we see a quick *run/take up* to try and scrounge some shares from traders
but since they spent so much *capital* trying to not do a 3rd take up since Aug
it's quite possible they lose their predetermined price point (imo about 95c max)
and that is the dilemma they face ..
there is nothing i post .. they haven't already calculated imo .. and i do understand concerns ..
but i'm at the point of my life where i recognize .. legit bid support provides speed bumps against them .. ask hits aid and abet them .. and pretty much every trade today was mirrored .. imo at least 2x .. which brings me back to what they have to mark tonight
it should be above 30% .. if it's below .. imo some of today's *oddly timed* buying frenzies .. were done for *D* .. NRs' dilution specific to daily reg sho %s having to be reported
if it's significantly higher .. imo it proves mgmt's awareness of timing going forward .. and NRs' seriously UPSIDE position re: IPIX
NRs' worst NITEmare .. is an aware and savvy mgmt team that can deliver the goods (ability to execute) coupled with actual retail investors who understand exactly what is being done .. and why
