Yes, great chance we will not hear anything. Since there is a delay on the settlement until November 10 because the parties are still working out all the contracts related to the settlement, this will meander until 11/10. This is not bad news: they are working on the contracts to get the settlement done. Someone posted on the other board that the judge may not allow the extension. There is almost zero chance of that happening. If a case is in the process of settlement the judge will give the parties whatever time is needed (less use of the court's resources) to get it settled.
