Comment by basher RFB pre-open that .0004s on ask then 24M fake ask appeared at .0004 (instead of at .0005) at open (noted for SEC report).
Nobody duped to sell at .0003 which now has increased visible bid of 129M.
I'm busy on multiple runners today - if the moron leaves the "intimidation attempt" ask at .0004 he will be losing some of it later.
