Possibly we just don't know yet but it doesn't matter . It's about future growth, settlements and royalties each quarter. People have set high expectations based on what they would like PPs to be quickly based on a high settlement. I have been through patent litigation before. This all my opinion and every case is different. I don't think the attorneys are gonna advise Kay on taking less than what is realistically possible
