Even if Freschfield will be successful with its Smart Skinz concept and can patent it, it will not buy any quantum dots from QMC until QD price is compatible to that of silicon at under 20 cents/gram 10 or 15 years from now. At QD price of $200 - $5000 per gram, how much will it cost to make a 3 feet by 5 feet 250 watt QD solar panel? Astonomical, no one will afford to buy it. But if Freschefield wants to collaborate with QMC with its concept Smart Skinz by paying QMC $1 million over 12 months, its fine for QMC, but it is only an insignificant "side show" in QMC's operation.
