It is my preference to always be in at least 50% cash and no more than 5% per play. No hard fast rules, sometimes I go bigger, just depends on the liquidity of the stock. Always make sure that you consider the avg volume of the stock before sizing. If the avg volume is 5M, you don't really want to own 10M shares. jmho
