True, but at this point I just don't see anybody jumping in other than day flippers hoping to turn a trick for a few cents.
People know that playing in the OTC is pretty much a train wreck looking for a place to happen. everyday it is pretty much a slide further into the red until you reach .0001, we have arrived so why keep pulling scabs lol.
If he does have a good footing with the e-bike and it's legit (Bill having a footing) then there is a possibility of creeping back up a few ticks.
