As the Executive Director you’ll be responsible for:
New Formats & Mastering Workflows- lead transitions to new formats such as High Dynamic Range, represent studio on industry task forces, initiate and guide R&D testing and define mastering related workflows.
Image & Audio Quality Management – able to assess a/v quality at various stages of production and distribution, lead content quality reviews, guide project discussions and provide solutions. Participate in sign-off reviews on new theatricals and other content as needed by divisions and partners.
Talent Collaboration – act as executive liaison with talent and partners to engage about new formats & workflows, answer questions, guide discussions, facilitate sign-offs and trouble shoot issues.
Remastering Oversight- oversees catalog remastering team for Feature & TV content ensuring quality expectations, budget requirements and deadlines are met. Note- catalog restoration projects excluded.
Mastering Solutions- research and identify new tools, workflows, etc. to improve quality and operational workflows.
Strategy & Communication– provide strategic input and help drive WB Technology initiatives related to new formats, mastering workflows and content quality. Present and communicate technical strategies, processes and complex concepts to broad audience level including senior management & talent.
