To answer martoni.. Mr Kay is a cautious man. He has also a back ground with JPMorgan. He will release information at the proper time to protect the company. He will also release according to SEC rules. You can be guaranteed he knows the rules!
He is not going to get shareholders all hyped up to dissapoint them. When he releases info in will be for the benifit of all.
