Zadie CEO wanted to be DEBT FREE asap and with
with re-domicile to CO this was also a needed step
to satisfy FINRA for the move as CEO said.
Zadie if u are still hesitant to buy some ONCI just
wait till the NOV 10 CC many more things will come
to light at that time and most if not all your questions
or skepticism will be answered although IMO the stock will be
HIGHER then than it is now to buy.
