Mark is correct. Entrust was counter suing Strikeforce but it was dismissed. It was posted last week or the week before by some folks that they were relieved to hear of the settlement with Entrust since they were counter suing and have moved the case to CA. For me, I was very happy to hear about the settlement with Entrust because, If I'm not mistaken, were the only ones counter suing Strikeforce. Smooth sailing ahead and very possibility in the very near future!!
