Right. Defendants aren't going out of business nor do we want them to. we want them to pay the bills.
If you had a rental property and the lessee didn't want to pay but had the money, do you want to go through the trouble of lessee change or just get what you deserve plus a modest penalty on back payments? That is once the lessee starts cooperating.
if they don't cooperate then make them wet their britches in front of their mums, even (and especially) if they should be adults.
