Absolutely.
what do you think will happen with a $10M dollar settlent?
as apposed to a $100M settlement.
but tack on licensing with lets say $100k royalties per month to either of the above settlements per infringer. In 12-24 months those royalties could be steady cash flow of $3M per month ($100k/ month X 30infringers). Annual revs. of $36M would be a driver of demand for stock here.
And FYI market value would be $36M X 25 = a market value of almost $1B just on Revs. = $0.43/share.
All the math, as you said, is meaningless until we get real numbers coming in.
That is why pps is so volitile. Traders are playing the news and the price momentums.
I'm playing intrinsic value. Thats what makes me long.
