I read the 8k in it's entirety,I must say GHS definitely is IMO the proud owner of RMHB,there are a lot of notes that remain payable this year,didn't really see any positive cash flow,as the other lender bailed on them,in a critical time,I had some high hopes here and I know every one else does to,as I have been around for awhile,but would like to see another Company buy them out,maybe that's what the Lawyers are for,as to tell the truth I actually saw nothing promising for shareholders in the 8K,only debt accumulating interest.If I was on the Board of Directors I would try to let Molsen Brewing Company buy this out,as RMHB is talking about having alcoholic beverages,for all who don't know who Molsen is.It'S Coors Beer,what a Blessing of a buyout that would be,something has to be happening behind the scenes,and am staying around even with my losses,as I really like this product and Company.LOL,and keep your Hemp on.
