$TXHD Monday and Tuesday the blocks showed back up after a 4 day break. 9.8M sold each day (2 4.9M blocks). Oct Auctis count up to 120-125Mish (the difference between 4.9 and 5M 100K). I also emailed David today about the November 11th note. He just replied

Our upcoming Q3 Report and 8-Ks will detail this transaction and other company updates. We would rather communicate through our filings.

The answer I expected to get. The most i took from it is the ahead of schedule Q3 report. Im pretty anxious to see it. I only know of maybe 130k that could be this note. But that is not facts. Just IMO from what i can find. and looking at the short term liabilities. things due within a 12 month cycle. And supposedly they might exchange it for equity stake in the company (Not converted finance like we have been through) also been a lot of talks about a new equity partner. I know the Q3 was due between Nov 15th and 21st. I do hope that is is released early but it will still be in November after 13th earliest id imagine. But im not certain.
