It's frustrating for sure.
We are in a bit of a waiting period. It really looks like CDEL was trying to hold it down all day. At least for the last couple weeks it has been the case. Not sure if it is a slow unload or accumulation
At 3-4 million shares a day, that's a lot of shares.
