I've noticed a bit of a shift in the conversation from the past. Last week Mr. Heddle announced not one, but two new anonymous potential customers who are interested in doing undefined deals with PTOI. Nobody is talking about the new potential deals whereas in the past, there was a lot of hoopla on the message boards around each new such announcement.
8-K: "In addition, we are in the early stages of discussion with two potential partners in Canada regarding the licensing of our technology and potential sale of processor units. Of course, we cannot assure you that we will reach a definitive agreement on either of these projects, however, management remains optimistic about the opportunities that lie ahead."
These new deals could also be strung out with announcements of progress and delays for a year or so before they vanish. If Mr. Heddle pushes the story, it could become the predominant topic...or at least third most predominant after discussion about evil short sellers and documented bypassed $50 bids.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
