Prime Minister Edi Rama held a working visit to the United Arab Emirates, where he met with Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
During this meeting, Prime Minister Rama stressed the need to foster economic cooperation between the two countries, as well as invited UAE entrepreneurs to invest in Albania.
Interest from both countries is seen in investment in tourism and infrastructure, especially in seaports. The meeting also discussed the possibility of establishing a United Arab Emirates airline linking the two countries.
For his part, His Majesty Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum thanked the head of Albanian government for the visit and expressed readiness to promote investments in our country.
