Ya I read that but I am still trying to figure out this transaction. From what I can tell, DeQun received $100MM dollars worth of stock for free. There doesn't appear to be any value the company received for those shares, so they were effectively given to him. The second transaction, the company gave the shares for the chinese company. This has a value of around $13-14MM currently. The only asset I can see is the patents. What am I missing?
