Took a little starter position based on momo at .129 today. Looking into this, not quite sure I see the value here. CEO was issued pfd convertible of 750MM shares. So he received almost $100MM worth of stock at the current price. He is now rolling over his chinese company for $13MM into DOLV. What am I missing?
