Because their uplist isn't happening till next year and that's if something doesn't come up to prevent that as has been the case over the last few years. It's also weird that they never had this approved for funding, but started on the audit process anyway.
Not sure how that cannhaooen, bc the auditors don't work for free. Also seems kind of expensive for two years of audits. And where is the audit for 2015?
