I texted with MD today and he said the fins for Q3 and for S-1 2011 and 2012 10K(s) are out of his hands and in the hands of the accountants. Let's see how fast they are completed so he can start uploading. Looking forward to what comes after Q3 is filed and I am very confident it will be damn good news !
